David Scott Mosher, Rizza Mallannao & others are getting products and websites designed from various companies and individuals around the world and paying by credit card. Once the product is delivered they are getting the charge backs thereby causing major losses to the companies who are delivering the products. This website is also a result of their misdeeds. Fortunately we had the control so we shut it down. Their credit cards are issued from various countries like Romaina, Brazil, Phillipines and Mexico. OfficeBella, Cad Website Design, Newman Outdoor Advertising, Kayzworks Corporation and many others are the victims. They send bogus faxes with card numbers and authorization codes for payments and later revert it back to their cards.

In US alone these people owe more than $700,000 to various businesses.
